Did your forget your password? Here's where you can reset it and get a new randomly generated one. If you just want to change your password, you should go to the Change Password button in your member's area.

By following the instructions belowyou, you will be able to access your private member's account where you can download copies of Singing Wires, Switchers' Quarterly and other TCI publications.

1. Enter your email address that TCI has on record then click the send button

2. This will reset your password and create a new one. Your old password will no longer work.
3. A verification email will be sent to your TCI email address. Simply click on the link that is provided to complete the password reset request. A new temporary password will be sent in a second email.
4. After you received your new password, use the drop-down menus at the top to access the Members Area
5. Your email address is your user name
6. Remember, everything is case sensitive when logging in
7. You can change your password later from the members area
